Medicine is a science and an art and why Sarah chose to pursue a career in this field. Medicine encompassed all of her interests while also allowing her to do good for individuals and the community. Sarah admires working in oncology because it enables her to connect with people and help them cope with a severe illness. When it comes to caring for patients, Sarah believes providing holistic, evidence-based care, connecting with patients and families throughout their disease, and helping them adapt and lead full lives with their illness is most important.

Outside of the office, Sarah participates in multiple community activities with her church. She enjoys hiking and is working on becoming an ADK 46’er with her daughter! Sarah also enjoys music and plays the flute.
